Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from South Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

For orders under $100 AUD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for customers to enjoy premium beard care products delivered directly to their door.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

• South Australia: 1–4 business days

• Victoria & New South Wales: 2–6 business days

• Queensland, Western Australia & Northern Territory: 3–8 business days

• Regional and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.


Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Bearded Gentlemen cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with our shipping partners, once an order has been dispatched it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating your order.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
